Step One: Find your victim and wait for he or she to leave their computer for at least 3 minutes.
Step Two: Download the audio file using
this link. Right click the link and select "Save Target As" if you are using Internet Explorer or "Save Link As" if you are using FireFox.
Step Three: On their windows PC computer (I don't know how to do it on a Mac since I don't have one, but there is a way to do it... google it), click Start and open the Control Panel
Step Four: Click the "Classic View" link on the left... If the link says "Switch to Category View", ignore this step.
Step Five: Next, double click on the "Sounds and Audio Devices" icon.
Step Six: Click on the "Sounds" tab.
Step Seven: Scroll down about halfway to "Windows Logon" and click it.
Step Eight: Click on browse and find the file that you downloaded in step two. If you didn't change the file name, it sound be "war.wav".
Step Nine: Hit ok and close all of the windows you just opened.
Step Ten: Log off.
Step Eleven: Perhaps the most imporant step... don't forget to turn up the volume on the speakers!
Step Twelve: Sit back and get ready for their reaction!
